The Delhi Historical Society has a mission of assembling, preserving, promoting, and disseminating the history of Delhi, NY. Since the historical society's inception in 2007, they have hosted programs and exhibits to promote the past, present and future history of the town. Strickland Hollow Tasting Room & Bottle Shop sells NYS liquors, beer, wine, spirits, and more! They also make spirits, including a delicious apple Brandy, and, more recently, they have released a line of vodka and gin. Co-owner and Chef Jerry Pellegrino, who runs the business alongside his wife Erica, has crafted the menu at Stonewall at the Meredith, offering a Wednesday night pizza night and a steakhouse menu Thursday-Saturday. Strickland Hollow also hosts hands-on cooking classes at the Tasting Room on Main Street. The classes have been gathering eager participants for the past few years. The store moved around to a few locations in Delhi before settling into the storefront we all know and love. Good Cheap Food is a full-service whole foods and specialty foods store on Main Street in Delhi, NY, that provides local food and quality products to the community year round. Good Cheap Food is going to be open late on Fridays through the New Year for their holiday shopping event, Friday Night Lights. Each Friday, they will be open late and will have small bites available by donation to benefit The Backpack Program at Delaware Academy.
